1. To confirm and guarantee your reservation, we require details of your credit card - VISA or MasterCard only.

2. Cancellation to a confirmed reservation must be in writing and is subjected to the following time scale:

-More than 14 days prior to the date of arrival, no charge will be made.
-Within 14 days prior to the date of arrival, a charge of one room night will be debited from your credit card.

3. Your reserved room will be available after 1:00 pm on the day of arrival. Checkout time is 11:00 am on the day of departure.

4. Smoking is strictly not permitted in Aster House.
